The President shall generally supervise and control the business and affairs of the Fellowship and shall preside at all meetings of the Governing Board. The President shall perform all duties incident to the office and other duties prescribed from time to time by the Governing Board. The President may execute contracts or other instruments that the Governing Board has authorized to be executed.

·       Hold Monthly Board Meetings

·       Has the ability to call emergency meetings when necessary

·       All committee chairs should report to the board and the president

·       Hold Congregational Meetings Required.

·       Induct new members to the Fellowship

·       All media communications regarding official stances of UFL should be directed to the president.

·       Attest deeds, mortgages, contracts and other documents to which the Fellowship is a party
