What's A Body To Do?

The world seen through the eyes of liberal thinkers looks pretty grim right now.  Our hopes are dashed, our candidates bashed, we're short of cash, the environment's trashed, the deficit's vast, and we're heading for fascism.  The Neocons and right-wing religion are in bed together in the White House and we feel the need to do something before they create offspring.  But what?  This programs explores steps we can take to make this a kinder, gentler, more ethical country.

Terri York has a master's degree in History, with a second teaching field in Geography, a certificate in international Affairs, and has been teaching at Kilgore College for 12 years.

Entry Into Light:  A Morning Meditation on the Goal of Human Destiny

The purpose of the morning will be to enter quietly the inner space of light through meditation and contemplation.  We each hold that inner space as an interior treasure within, and together we can step into that inner circle, not alone, but with each other as we invite the Transcendent within and enter our eternal home called Light.
